The nurse who did the intact was phenomenal, and the woman who took care of my mom was excellent. She helps me maintain my household, and she helps with anything I ask her to do, like laundry. The caregiver that helps me is dependable and very helpful. She does what I expect her to do to help me. I live an hour away from my mother and my mother was failing in health. They found the Spanish speaking caregiver for my mother and she is wonderful.
It was excellent because they had a very good rapport with my mother-in-law. They made her feel safe, comfortable, cared for, and loved. It took a lot of stress off of me and my husband. The aide that we had was really good and we had no complaints, but she had to leave and they were unable to adequately fill our needs after that. We were provided a good caretaker by SYNERGY. They were responsive, and they were the only company to call us back over the weekend.
